Building Management
- An experienced Building Manager assigned to your building.
- Management & review of your preventative maintenance schedule.
- Handling of building compliance documents, as well as record keeping.
- Coordination of all contractors, including compliance & routine performance reviews to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Move in/out bookings, including lift management to ensure the common area is protected.
- Provide input and seek support from the sustainability team to drive opportunities to implement sustainable practices and build case studies
- Monitoring of Strata by-laws.
- Ensuring the building and all common areas are presented well with cleaning & landscaping.
- Complete management of security & access control.
- Liaising with Strata Manager & Owners Committee on cost savings measures that can be achieved.
- Handover of new Strata Plan from Developer to Owner’s Committee.
- Coordination of any common area bookings by residents.
- Creating a building lifestyle experience with activities for all residents to be involved in.
- Monthly reporting to Strata Manager & Owners Committee, with competitive quotes on any recommended works.
- Performing all building caretaker works.
- Handling of all resident inquiries.
