  • An experienced Building Manager assigned to your building.
  • Management & review of your preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Handling of building compliance documents, as well as record keeping.
  • Coordination of all contractors, including compliance & routine performance reviews to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
  • Move in/out bookings, including lift management to ensure the common area is protected.
  • Provide input and seek support from the sustainability team to drive opportunities to implement sustainable practices and build case studies
  • Monitoring of Strata by-laws.
  • Ensuring the building and all common areas are presented well with cleaning & landscaping.
  • Complete management of security & access control.
  • Liaising with Strata Manager & Owners Committee on cost savings measures that can be achieved.
  • Handover of new Strata Plan from Developer to Owner’s Committee.
  • Coordination of any common area bookings by residents.
  • Creating a building lifestyle experience with activities for all residents to be involved in.
  • Monthly reporting to Strata Manager & Owners Committee, with competitive quotes on any recommended works.
  • Performing all building caretaker works.
  • Handling of all resident inquiries.
